BuildNYC ("we," "us," or "our") operates buildnyc.ai. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you request access or schedule a briefing, we collect:
- Name, email address, and firm name you provide
- Module interests you indicate
When you use the Platform:
- Access code used to authenticate
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels. We do not sell your data.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to briefing requests and manage access
- To operate and improve the Platform
- To communicate with you about your account or the Platform
- To detect and prevent unauthorized access
Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS us-east-1). We retain access request information for as long as necessary to manage the relationship. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
No Third-Party Advertising
We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use behavioral advertising networks. We do not participate in data broker markets.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting contact@buildnyc.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email.
